Sounds like the basics of SAM is buying all or parts of conventional businesses. Share up to 15% of revenues with subscribers. Allow subscribers to use the conventional businesses at a discount. He talks anout what they have in their porfolio so far, xray clinic, dental clinic, social media marketing company, some marketing company that gets you flight vouchers, 60% of a petroleum company, starting iiRide in the Philippines.

If nothing else, the guy doing the interview has 186,000 subscribers on his channel.
