With all the potential indications, one of three scenarios can happen.

A company could purchase for one of two indications. A new drug application name was filed last week so it’s possible. Say it’s true, Pfizer or someone else could purchase HIV Combo (when/if approved) and Covid19 (when/if approved) for xxx dollars. I would think $15 billion just for those two.

It’s nearly impossible to value all the potential and take into account the time it will take to complete trials. Here are the scenarios I could see:

1) pre-negotiated price for each indication
2) stock in lieu of cash
3) a pre-packaged price for everything that gets paid in increments as things are approved. Say $60-70 billion for the whole enchilada with an upfront payment for the first approvals, then the stock is taken off the market and milestone payments are paid on a pro rata amount to each shareholder.

It’s fun to dream
