I've never seen this much BS hype on a Penny Play! First the headline "Alternet receives advance" is false. they have not received it yet, and may never receive it. This is all part of the deal spelled out in a letter of intent!! A letter of intent has no legal binding at all!!! Come on people!! an electric vehicle company in Africa???? where electric is not close to being stable!!! REALLY?
