Hog... my FCEL dream is for us to sell Groton outright to the Navy (or an investor) and then turn around to use the funds to build Beacon Falls and then keep that one in our portfolio and just sell the power to the grid... build it in 3 21.1 MW phases, using some of the funds from selling the power of Phase 1 to finish building the rest... but as I said, it is just a dream I guess.
