ALL common shares MUST be canceled in order to go from a public to private company.

Windstream MUST notify SEC prior to exiting bankruptcy.

Common shares are usually cancele4d to pay off debt.

Debt was bought out by Elliott so common shares aren't affected.

Therefore, common shares will be bought out by Elliott.
