You're asking the wrong question Skippy, when the only relevant question is, what will the post closing share price be when the known valuation metrics and appropriate sector multiple gets applied by the big boys coming!

This ain't no typical penny stock merger/joint venture imho, based solely on the initial CLX Health/SiriusIQ/UST Global tri-fecta of companies divulged in the LOI...and since the LOI filing, there hasn't been a single additional catalyst unveiled yet period...so nobody can genuinely claim where the share price should be, and will be, in the fast approaching post closing landscape directly ahead:)
