I have L2 and you are not reading it correctly. CDEL, CSTI and GTSM certainly are playing the bid/ask game but it is not being done in order to dump shares. They are not dilutive mms, the are hedgers. They short and cover in tandem with one another and play the bid and ask until something of significance forces them to cover on the way up which is what happened when it ran to 9s. Also this is extremely low volume and has no pump of any kind going on. How does a ticket dilute and/or convert with zero press and low volume. I love how people look at a stagnant pps and cry dilution just because they don’t know any better or are parroting what they’ve heard elsewhere. Dilution is pretty obvious if you know what you’re actually looking for. Ask yourself how much sense that makes. The only mms in the mix are the usual retail mms and the 3 Amigos taking advantage of an capitulation is they can inspire.
