For some reason,

unable to explain why, I am feeling that they won't touch this before October. Once we missed the next day decision timelines, I felt that they wanted to not rush into this for reasons known to them and this is going to take a little while just like the Seila case.. hopefully I am proven wrong today and I get to eat the crow
