And now the important question, what does it mean for us in the near term?

The problem with a going private offer is that it could take 6-12 months to complete. It would definitely require disinterested shareholder approval. And I don't think we would see more than 50 cents, even if the offer is $15. All of this would surely raise some eyebrows as well.

But how about a merger? If the sister company announces it in China (= acts as confirmation). If the transaction is ALREADY approved by 90% of the votes? I mean, even the backward people in China would be able to find this stock on OTC and buy the heck out of it if it were still trading below $1 after a $15 merger announcement. And all those western folks as well of course. I think we would see $3 PDQ ???
