This is really a strategic play for Mr B imo. This fits right into the logistics scheme that Amazon needs nation wide for supply chain as well as product line enhancements. JCP has so many great standalone locations. Would love to see a bidding war here. I don't think that Amazon let's this get away! They want this one badly. This would save them so much in facilities in the future.
