Last one overview on Jansen setting up in EU and some Linkedin employees speaking about preparing to launch Imetelstat in several countries, And Jansen posting "compassionate use " then retracting that news statement saying it was in error ! Which no one believes , Then the news J&J was walking , Now a favorable opinion statement from FDA in EU again seems to support a approval, It appears J&J did just make a business decision at that time possibly based on the uncertainty of the lawsuits they were facing and much earlier trial results of Imet. I would not be at all surprised if J&J revisits partnering with Geron now, I also think Geron is in a much better position to negotiate the best deal possible for shareholders and we may see a Bid war for the Co ?
