Guys and my dear Shareholders, just remember what I am doing. ACCR is a holding Company. We have many operating subsidiaries, and one of the subsidiaries will be my futuristic work, which just so happens to be in the Medical Marijuana field.

Again, ACCR is a US HOLDING COMPANY WITH MANY OPERATING ENTITIES, and not all of them are in Medical Marijuana. We might be merging into a very profitable finance private Company looking to go public, or we could be merging into a auto dealership.....or anything really.....any US PRIVATE ENTITY looking to access the US Capital Markets. This is very tough to do on your own. BUSINESS is very difficult to maintain.

This, and I repeat, this does not mean that ACCR as a whole is in the entire Medical Marijuana industry. Guys, this is just my portion of the work. This is a tiny-weenie business, and is mainly a start up business which will live again, based on my personal donations to the HOLDING COMPANY bottom ACCR line. ...



If down the line,,,a good merger, which is clean to my Shareholders...then I will sign a deal. I already placed my SIGNATURE on the piece of paper.

I have not bothered, or been pushy with the NEW INCOMING GROUP. Everybody knows everyone. It is on the table, and I am waiting patiently since last Wednesday July 1, 2020. I'm being patient...not too pushy....July 1st, 2020 was the last date that I have had any communication direct from the new INCOMING MANAGEMENT TEAM.

I'll call them in the AM, and write an email to the group.

PATRICK is a human being. PATRICK is a US Disabled Citizen. PATRICK lives in horrific sharp, acute.....massive pain 24/7. Feels like I have one of those heavy neck horse harnesses wrapped around my neck 24/7. I am not here for empathy.

This never goes away, the pain...the muscle atrophy...the worsening CERVICAL DYSTONIA....my 3 documented on my medical file....3 documented cervical crushed EXIT ROOT NERVES that are damaged, the c5 on the left, the c6 and c7 on the right. A licensed Neurosurgeon, and the worst damage....my cervical artery which is 30-40% blocked and torn at my right side of the c4. This artery feeds blood to the back of my brain.

CERVICAL DISSECTION OF THE C4 ARTERY ---> I am a walking stroke!

The 2nd highest vascular surgeon in the State of Michigan on my Medical file wrote, "If I operate, I will kill you!" There is no operation possible because my artery is growing new blood vessels around the crushed main artery....it's like they grow around the problem.

This is PATRICK, a US Disabled Citizen,,,,,forget my pain issues....I have other major problems........and it reminds me of ACCR. We have a problem, and now we are growing around the problem, right?

ACCR, I am praying for my signatures...I do not have them yet.....once I have them, of course.....I will not post. As of right now, they are NOT signed up,,,,so, I have no problem posting.

Got it.....and guys....it took ACCR 2 years to have BANK STATEMENTS from May 2018 -----> May 2020. Do you see....it takes time, and now in JULY 2020......ACCR will have the 2 year bank statements ROCK SOLID!!!! I've failed at my last 3 deals....I ADMIT FAILURE AS BUSINESS IS RISKY ON YOUR OWN.

...and NO REVERSE SPLIT!

May 2018 -----> May 2020 I am now on JULY 5th 2020.....now finally with some money coming to me personally will start our PCAOB audit. I'm trying so hard,,,,my dear Shareholders. Just for you...no one else.

I have to go lie down now....FORM 10 filing coming soon w/ last 2 years audited fins, once everyone is onboard. And guys, my January US Patent Drawings showed music playing from the Drone for Enhancement.....I got this......I AM DEAD SERIOUS!
