I mean seriously, if everyone were to tell their brokers or ANY big sophisticated investors that they had put a lot of money into a company that is dead broke, tiny, and is about to do a huge public offering of shares, a r/s and then jump onto Nasdaq...but its ok because that company is right on the verge of going big time because they are are about to announce all kinds of fabulous information about mass production, sales etc...

100% of all who reply will ask "well why don't they just wait then?"..

why not indeed?...

as I asked...what is the urgency to take such enormous risk?..

This entire scenario really gets me nervous. I could lose my investment in a hurry all because Kim "needs" to be on the NASDAQ no matter what despite there are no products and no revenues. I can not understand the logic when seeing the urgency of reverse splitting the stock and up-listing to NASDAQ. We had a chance to see the appreciation of the share price after the Polartec announcement, and Kim should have kept his mouth shut and step back and do some deep thinking before announcing that he will perform the R/S. That was the situation, in my opinion, that will hurt KBLB for a long time. We lost the share appreciation's momentum and landing on NASDAQ does not guarantee that we will gain back that momentum (especially we do not have any silks to sell).
