Got it. And the 3 year expiry date is essentially a risk hedge/mitigator for cases where a sector’s future is obscure or precarious which in our case imo isn’t a concern all things considered economically, politically, and culturally - not to mention the logistical advantage of our properties’ locations and the competent management in charge.

I can’t think of many disadvantageous factors at this point. Trump is at a stalemate and has no choice but to print more money and keep debasing our beloved green napkins while consciously (let’s be frank.. he knows the economy is fraudulent) and dishonestly praising the strength of the economy. If he refuses and does “the right thing” by cutting government spending and letting it all burn instead of inflating the bubble further (i.e “kicking the can down the road”), then he is guaranteed to lose versus right now it’s essentially a coin flip between him and comrade Joseph Sta..Biden. I think he genuinely wants to rid us of the 100 year old cancer that is the Fed/Rothschild family (i.e deep state), but he understands in order to do so he needs to be re-elected and the only way to do that is by continuing to feed the drug addicted system more drugs long enough to hopefully postpone the upcoming disaster after November.

Money Printing at record levels: good for gold and us; Covid has popped the bubble and isn’t going away: good for gold and us; us being in Canada, Keith, and the recent de-risking deals: good for us; relations and future with China looking very grim. Like I said I can’t find many negative variables here.

When our share price collapsed to 0.11 in March, while most were selling, I bit hard and told myself that “nothing has changed... this is a buying opp..) and bought 90,000 more shares at 0.121. I have now erased my 23k 4 year downswing and am actually up..
