That's not the way to look at it.

Nasrat in his OWN words said he hopes Elite will "eventually" own 100% of the two Adderall products.

And how do you think Elite gets them???

Nasrat is going to SELL them to Elite through his PRIVATE company at a MUCH MUCH MUCH HIGHER price than what he paid to SunGen.

WHY didn't he just loan Elite the money so all the transaction details would be PUBLICLY available???

WE ALL KNOW WHY.

The reality is 1/2 the profits were going somewhere ( sungen) so who cares if the 1/2 goes to him instead.
