Read the CLX language specifically in the LOI carefully then read the below articles on UST, Sirius IQ and AI/laboratory data and testing. I think these articles specifically help provide a more holistic view of this undertaking being hinted at in the LOI. I apologize in advance for any replies, I likely won't reply or post further. Not an active investment forum participant these days but making an exception because I feel this is a quite unique and there just happens to be a lot of discussion on this site. Just trying help connect the dots or add some perspective at least as I haven't seen a lot of posting focused on trying to understand the technology itself. Comprehending the LOI/JV and its intent properly is a bit challenging but the pieces are there. After reading the LOI and then researching what UST and Sirius IQ have accomplished over the last 2 years, this "ecosystem" they are creating (have created) is a very complicated undertaking; it requires different players with broad reach (and already well established in their respective technical/businesses niches) to be able to create a systemic solution/technology platform as described in the LOI; it appears this has been in the works for a few years (it almost has to have been). No one IT /data/business process/systems company has all the pieces that's what makes system integration and standardizing enterprise platforms for end to end solutions extremely challenging. That's also why unlocking the real value of healthcare data has not been accomplished at least to the extent that it has in other industries. Areas like machine learning and AI around "laboratory data" has just come about (i.e. a few years) which will you see in one of the articles below. A JV would be the only way to go about an undertaking like this. The above will make more sense as you read through all the articles below. Three questions I have on my mind currently as an investor: 1) how far has this already had to have come from a technology and adoption standpoint to be going public, 2) what other aspects of healthcare data are they tackling (or setting up to unlock) in the healthcare space or for large remote businesses, and 3) what other large industry players might be involved (have to be involved) to be able to make this successful? Each company alone has interaction with such a broad range of fortune 500 companies and the Joseph Gonzalez is very well connected and has a good reputation in the industry. Think about UST Globals reach alone without even considering Joseph's reach. UST Global fast-growing organization that provides advanced digital transformation services, products, and platforms to Global 1000 and Fortune 500 enterprises around the world.

Speculating here but the LOI has enough there to come to a lot strong conclusions on what these companies are going after. What a unique situation brewing and a JV to go public through RM makes perfect sense. Seems to be a matter of time. Happy 4th.
