If that was the reality of it, Mikah should have quickly loaned Elite the money, under attractive terms, and allowed Elite to make the purchase directly, nice & clean.

This avoids any concerns of conflict of interest and makes clear the intention

Instead, Mikah interpositions itself between the 2 companies and seeks to make much, much more off the transaction. So lets stop the BS like Mikah is a white knight

Additionally, why didnt Elite access the services of its long time funding source LPC? Oh, I get it. If Elite did it would negate the opportunity for Mikah to jump, without risk, into the middle of the transaction for a nice, hefty score.
