I, nor .......we the Company.....we are not in any, and I repeat....ACCR is not currently under any AWARENESS program, nor are we in the business of promotion, nor distrust, nor WELCHING. We are not "welchers." ACCR pays it's bills in full.....WE HAVE ZERO LONG TERM DEBT!

ACCR never signed this promotion presented below...and I believe it lasted in November maybe 4-5 days.......I do not know,,,,but it STOPPED. No shares were given for this unsolicited dude. Why must ACCR come here, and defend itself against FALSE statements against the Company? Why?

It is a mystery to me.



Today, we are in a position of POWER. ACCR has value. ACCR was the victim in the past,,,,and today, we have morphed into a super reverse merger candidate. ACCR, has no promotion today, PERIOD. Here below is a copy of the UNSOLICITED email that was sent to me in very early NOVEMBER 2019. It is being discussed here, that ACCR is in a current promotion program. FALSE. ACCR is not in any current promotion. PERIOD.

Now, the only other known AWARENESS or PROMOTION as stated, was this poster on iHUB named WENSKE....and again...this was UNSOLICITED.....he sent me private messages on TWITTER to activate in 2019.....keep soliciting me, and bothering me...so in Feb 2020 I said, ok to WENSKE and paid him $70 via paypal as I have stated this whole time...I have already stated all of this here....but we have FALSE statements against the Company, so here I am popping in, to set the record straight.

Poor WENSKE....started stating we were in the TELECOM business....so I after a couple of days STOPPED that one too.....bunch of nonsense....but it shows my NEGOTIATING POWER. I am a good salesman. I am a WARRIOR at sales, and I will negotiate.

ACCR does not believe in paying for any awareness or promotion or whatever it is called. There are false statements being made against this ISSUER. Is this fair? Is this intentional? Is this misleading? Is this teachable? Is there a repent in PLACE?



Listen, this ISSUER is super duper clean. We are. ACCR is ready. ACCR is healthy. ACCR is in control. ACCR is trying to build a business. ACCR has been in a 20 year low for a business cycle. ACCR is trying to build a real business. Sometimes in business, there is failure. Sometimes there is CELEBRATION.
