Lets deal with Mexico only. I tossed up 1 billion as bait.

Consider the facts'
Population is roughly 126,000,000.

Covid kills roughly 1%. Is this the current number claimed by our FDA?

Lets assume 2% of Mexico's population will be in a hospital and hit with the serious killer symptoms.

2% is 2,520,000 persons.

Lets guess a price in Mexico of 2000$. That's not 1 billion but 5 billion $$$$ I will guess that Mexico alone brings a share value increase of 100$.

With a lower sales price I am assuming a lower profit margin. The Mexico price is up in the air. Anyone guess is as good as mine.
