The results we have thus far point to high likelihood of approval. HIV has been proven safe and effective, at this point its pro forma procedure. The FDA is not known for denying safe effective drugs because when you have a safe effective drug the benefits outweigh any potential harm. That's right off their site.

A small trial says nothing about the distance it has to go before results are in, weighed and decisions are made. Mexico is panicking and begging for anything that sounds like it's worth a try. But not so desperate as to approve a "large" trial"

It's a small phase 3 trial. We aren't even finished phase 2 in the US. What this means is they are impressed enough with the safety and EIND results that they doubt anything would really change at the end of our phase 2 in the US.

By requiring a smaller trial unlike the US FDA it means its a walk in the park for CYDY.
