Awesome info dinogreeves. As per the post from reddit you relayed:

Number of commons shares before merger = 5,998,444

Number of commons shares after merger = 6,022,201 (after incorporating share exchange 1.421 for 1)

Where is the dilution due to allocation of bonus shares 1.421 to 1? Not much to write home about, only 23,757 shares net increase (6,022,201-5,998,444). The extra shares given to the commons stockholders is mitigated by corresponding cancellation of Class F commons.

I don't see any dilution effect. How many other SPACs deal has displayed this gesture to the commons and warrants holders? Not many I would like to think.
