The huge sale of shares is overkill...kim doesn’t need near that much money for production...

“ NASDAQ is about to tell us all how much longer those eager customers will have to wait.”

Lol...you have no idea how nasdaq fits into the picture...You are trying to make them important in the process somehow...so you stick them in the sentence above...where they make no difference at all...

The big idea of nasdaq was always that there would be easy money and cheap financing available...that was the lure of nasdaq...that was the reason you were supposed to be desperate to get there...

But Kim is diluting shareholders to the tune of a couple hundred million shares...he intends to pocket $24 mil dollars...the need and the main reason for nasdaq no longer exists...

What now is the reason for nasdaq?...why is it still such a prize?...why are shareholders now risking so much to get there?...

Because it can’t be shorted?...no...it will be much easier to short on the nasdaq...every single investor in the world could EASILY short it once it’s on nasdaq...

Because if you suck on the otc you automatically wont suck on nasdaq?...nope, that ain’t true...

Because the potential for institutions to take part?...nope...the only thing preventing them from taking part was the low pps...the r/s takes care of that...not nasdaq...

Some institutions may still not want to invest in an otc company...but plenty still will...and it’s not like kblb is going to need a whole lot of institutions...one or two would be just fine...

Everyone is so insistent that kblb must get onto the nasdaq...and apparently the need is so urgent that they don’t mind being hugely diluted to get there...

So what is the reason that makes nasdaq so important...I mean something real...not the usual “the otc is a cesspool”.... that’s not an answer...
