ACCR has had the same Transfer Agent, registered with the SEC since May 1997.

March 1, 2012 - over 8 years ago, our TA Standard Transfer showed this on the books of the Corporation. What is so special about March 1, 2012? It was the date of this Corporation's only true Shareholder meeting. We had it, and there are 2 ADs in FL papers, and my distribution to all classes of stock notice....and then I caught a criminal issued block by PAM GRAY (May God rest her soul, she passed away several years ago).... Pam's same signature that was on my sock certificate for 7.5million shares. Pam issued a block of ILLEGAL STOCK of 250,000,000 to the Preferred C class holders......illegal holders........and it was issued UNRESTRICTED. So, in the FALL 2012......after studying the law,,,and reading up on statutes throughout the NIGHT.......so many NITEs. Yes, I cancelled this illegal issue....should have been restricted, anyways....I CANCELLED IT! - this is all I will publicly state on this matter and subject.

Pam made a mistake and issued the huge block unrestricted, when the law said it should have been RESTRICTED. A mistake.......and she passed away now, so God bless her Soul.

FOCUS....and pay attention....The OS, went down ON RECORD...from 379,144,121 shares down to (379,144,121 - 250,000,000 = 129,144,121 shares)

Our OS in the Fall of 2012 was 129,144,121 common shares. FULLY DILUTED!



AND finally at the end of the Shareholder List certified by FINRA and thoroughly reviewed many times. We made the FINRA DAILY on Sep 6 2018 and May 6, 2020.



FAST FORWARD NOW........I paid myself and issued legally these 3 blocks of stock .....ALL RESTRICTED STILL:

15,400,000 common shares all purchased from 1998-2012.

20,000,000 ---> 2012
95,000,000 ---> 2018
55,855,879 ---> Spring 2020

It all checks out......totals 186,984,379 common shares today in July 2020.

I paid CASH for the recent 728,500 at $.0001 in the Spring of 2018 - these I could sell if I wanted too.....but I actually had them all RESTRICTED!

So, add up all the numbers....they check out. I like mathematics.....always have believed that good mathematical models exist for my ACCR.

Just keep believing in me......this all has taken time to accomplish. FORM 10 will be declared EFFECTIVE by the SEC....I just know it. There is risk they could say "NO WAY, hit the road!"
