Give this a try.

Go to the top of the page where it says "Moderator's"

Click on Oilin07

If Oilin07 is not ignored then select "ignore this user" otherwise do nothing

Now go to "Settings" at the top right corner of the screen.

Select "My Ignores"

Oilin07 should appear as an ignored user.

Select "unhide"
