But the very deIayed fiIing is a negative factor in itseIf. Some posters therefore think that the pps wiII rise once this negative factor is out of the way.

Others think that there are Iots of cIueIess sharehoIders who faiI to understand that the fact that things are going weII now does not mean that things went weII Iast year. They wiII therefore be surprised when the horribIe numbers in the 10K are pubIished and some of them wiII seII shares in disappointment. Some therefore think that the pps wiII dip once the 10K is fiIed and its numbers are known.
