Did you read the agreement? Did you get to understand the Beneficial Ownership Limitation clause? That investor can only own up to 4.9% of the outstanding shares. That's 126,910,000 shares out of 2,590,000,000 shares. So this is the maximum amount VRUS can sell to those guys. At today's price this PR is worth $361,693.5. This PR is all about funny money. The price has to be 0.0393 for this PR to be worth $5M. The devil is in the details...read them!!!
