Did that stock have a founder / officer who has been been found guilty of Fraud, received a penny stock bar, and was barred from serving as an officer or director of an issuer? Not to mention his loss of property and possessions to the courts. In addition, the FBI is looking for evidence of insider trading and securities fraud connected to Long Island Iced Tea stock, and has focused on conversations about the company that took place between two men, Oliver Lindsay and EVTI’s own Gannon Giguiere.

The only thing we see here is OTC Pump & Dumps. Hopefully EVTI will be Suspended by the SEC for severely delinquent financials.
