Yep. He does have family there and in Vegas.

I get the impression MPT has talked with him. And now that Snaper is gone they should be able to move the business to an OZ. We all know that Snapers building can’t handle the power requirements anyway. New permits need to be issued and lots of money spent to upgrade an old building.

I would just buy or lease a space that has the power capability in an existing OZ. Get the funding and tax write offs for 10 yrs. Plus banks are now allowed to loan more to biz dev per FDIC new rules changed this week. Ripe climate... gotta do it now before November.
