Perhaps the Direct Offering and the shares authorized increase is how they got the $60 million in cash. Not really much to think about, I am sure that's answer to your question. So 60 million is supposed to last them until 2024 I SERIOUSLY doubt that! So no more additional authorized, DO's, or PO's coming for 4 years?! lol Something seems strange here.
