The company specifically is referencing 460 patient profiles for safety and efficacy. I could be wrong, but i thought ipix trial population to date was larger than 460.



Safety only. Efficacy against any kind of virus has never been tested let alone established in a human clinical trial.

It has been used in clinical trials as an antibiotic intravenously and an anti-inflammatory as a mouthwash and enema. Safety trials have also been conducted in a pill form. Never tried on a virus of any kind in human trials.
