You got it all backwards my friend, people that aren't willing to part with their shares drives the price up considerably and fast. When people part with their shares and stack the Ask or dump into the Bid, then the price goes down or sideways. There's just no volume here at all. When it does come in spurts, it goes up. Not too sure what is holding people back from buying right now, most likely though looking for concrete numbers in filings, not just a PR.
