I pointed out that we had a MM to trade and the pr by megas, but he actually made me feel it was not meritable. when I asked him to explain about why no cert exchange the delay and it was as if he contradicted himself, because he said the 15c211 was not the rule to enforce its trading, and it was a decision to be made by each entity.
as i said earlier legacy MM was stated in pr to be the sole MM for 30 days.so why are we not trading.
no response or comment at all by him
