OT - just read your post - METP has 12 million OS and 7 million float. President said that shell would be clean before the first of the new year. Last hurdle that remained was to clean up the preferred shares.

Posters on METP board have noted that a company has already been identified.

President of METP has done a RM before so knows what he is doing. Google Kip Eardley and it is all there.
