If they want to attract clean money they have to get the share price up..How does increasing the AS accomplish that..Of course it would allow DGF to convert and dump which potentially could have the opposite effect...

Maybe the AS increase first so DGF can dump and go bye bye...

Then the RS to reduce the share count and get the price up to a sufficient level which would satisfy the new investors from New York that Ziv has alluded to...

We'll see in due time.

Hopefully he will reveal the "plan" to us shortly...so all this guessing can stop.
