From what I hear they just need to line up a few more things, finish the financials then commence the merger. I don't see anything getting in the way. People should add bits and pieces here and I don't see it, however they are foolish to think management doesn't want this deal to go through and complete. These are smart dudes at both companies and the finished product as they, say will be revolutionary to say the least.
