Uplisting; on timing I cant help, I have never been in a deal that uplisted Almost every deal I have been in was on NASDAQ. Heck, when I was a Broker there was no way, no wiggle room; we could not buy the bulliten board. I discovered a new type of car wax that was fantastic. Found a block. Trading stopped me. I went to compliance. No way. Stock price went airborne. Such is life. So on uplisting I can not say when but for sure it will help us.
Big time investors can buy through any Broker.
Naked Shorts will be risking jail time if they pulled the criminal act that some deney is even a reality. I will say this to be very clear.
On other boards it has been reported that some say it is fiction. I say that their is high probability that the person writing this is a Naked Short.

I did tons of Arb deals their but seldom did I buy a growth stock on the NYSE. In general in the last 50 years it has been boring. Last growth companies I bot were Avon and Polaroid in 1965. Now the two puppies were race horses for 7 years.

About Rules 1 and two; Margin and Stops. Use with extreme caution even on the NYSE. Both CAN weaken your long term success.

As I typed this I thought about the big raid. The up listing was a catalysts for that raid. The enemy had to strike while only one infantry division was defending the fuel depot.
