Have you heard of equity based financing! Let me define it for you! You will most likely see a referencing for the difference of approximately 200M shares in the filing. I don't believe they sold preferred shares the 10Q filing should confirm it!

Equity financing is the method of raising capital by selling company stock to investors. In return for the investment, the shareholders receive ownership interests in the company.
