About the SEC responding to pure manipulation that can be tracked down by a school boy? My apologies to school boys.

When I was a broker we just assumed the SEC was a serious institution. Now I consider it a joke.

I now believe it is the wild west. You need to judge the players / shareholders and the officers. In CYDY our CEO is as tough as Winston Churchill. Our shareholders? I have never found a group as on the ball as those I have ran into via this board.

Prior to this board I knew some damn bright investors in CYDY. Best investors from my little area of Oregon.

Again, I cant do anything about the shorts except to constantly try to teach shareholders how to tear a company apart , GUESS revs and earnings. Guess the PE. Make your own Big Picture.

If every share holder did that the short would have sold 8 million shares and then discovered he was toast. The next trade would have jumped from 5$ to 9$

I know one thing for sure, that short will return.
