Thanks colts. This sounds conservative. Then we have the divvys in play as well. The divvys won't hurt a wee bit considering the low o/s count and float. (35mn) I think we can live with this. The float may be 3mn+. Even better.

50mn o/s for a company is considered to nr exceptional.
