Well we went through those 5 firms when the popped up around the Culper Research report and proved they were frauds. One was a vacant lot, the other was in a mall.

This go around we have 2 fresh faces and repeater Howard Smith. Howard is a one man operation with over 2 dozen "investigations" he is already working on....

The two newest ones are a little more dressed up but that is about the extent of it.

Block and Levinton is a Boston firm of 12 lawyers, all out of Boston. The other locations are staffed by???? The answer is they aren't because these guys all have to be admitted before those bars. They are admitted before the Boston Bar. Block and Levinton worked in other states before coming together in Boston where they seem happy to stay. These guys aren't some giant firm.

Then there is BG&B who wins the award for smallest possible office in New York City. An office that is a garage attached to a UPS and an LA office they didn't know another law firm actually claims.

Of course all their bio's state they work in New York and New Jersey so surprise another firm pretending to be a large national presence.

A little due diligence goes a long way.
