the way I read it is that Category One Botanicals grows at the CGRW facility and C1B True Oganics leases the store from SGDH

both Category One Botanicals and C1B True Organics are controlled by Dr. John Janoved and Delmar Janovec is CEO of both SGDH and CGRW

if you ask me it is a perfect situation for SGDH and CGRW to "acquire" both of the licenses from Dr John Janovec

get them up and running so the start up doesn't break the back of the shareholders.
