Whereas this may be and generally is true, it is doubtful that the start of July will change the whole bid/ask dynamic here. There have been large amounts camped out on the ask, and reloaded, for at least a year now. The dealings of the ticker before it was LHSI are still crippling any actual movement here and not sure when they will stop??
