who would buy 100's of millions of shares of a company that is absolutely worthless ... no contracts ... no property ... no assets whatsoever
only answer i can come up with --- use it as a shell for a new company ---
BUT WHOEVER IS BUYING THIS, KNOWING IT WILL BE USED AS A SHELL - IS TRADING ON "INSIDER" INFO !!!
and when it becomes a shell - trading publicly - why can't people who sold shares to these "insiders" sue for what it actually was worth ???

btw, old management (ie peter toscano) would have to be involved since he owns billions of shares - unless he sold his shares privately --- doubt it
