Yep, won’t hold water with Tim. I reviewed the Citron before they retracted. It was safely written using NP against himself. Something that I and other posters here have warned was a liability (NP touting).

The bigger question is coordination. If it can be proven citron coordinated a short attack then that is something that is prosecutable. Good luck proving that though, and good luck getting sec attention.

I’m not so sure we want SEC attention on Nps mouth. Watch that clause in his golden parachute. He could lose his severance if he doesn’t start acting like a BP ceo.
