Actually it takes about 5 days, if he already had all the filings prepared. Uploading to OTCMarkets will take 3-5 business days to hit and show. Maybe 90 days for the entire merger and name change, but OTCMarkets and NVSOS will update within 5 business days after filings have been uploaded. Also, some payments for certain filings must only be made by mail, they can not be electronically filed and paid for...therefore those take 7-10 days to clear.
