Naz mentioned in the call that the purchase from Sun Gen was a "Save" , and that Elite has 100% control.

He finished by saying he wants ELTP to buy it from him in the future when we are more solvent.

Although it's not my first choice of outcome, it most definitely keeps ELTP viable and more appealing to potential suitors.

Dead money for a year unless we flush out that manipulating bastard on the OTC that trades 100 shares of an eight cent stock. There's the issue !
