Nasrat stated he has a plan he will share with the shareholders going forward about Adderall. Nasrat has always shown his loyalty to Elite first and foremost..

What I like about this deal is.

Elite and Nasrat have total control now on any profit sharing decisions and all buy out scenarios..

Elite currently didn’t have the funds to purchase the sole rights of Adderall from SunGen and ridding themselves with the going concern which is more important and there were Chinese companies that wanted it. He had to act fast.

The only real problem would be if investors thing Nasrat might take Elite private with Mikah... I don’t see this as a real threat.
