Insiders own a big chunk of this company through direct ownership (Accel and others) and converts (Bonds and warrants). The history of R/S's is not good in general because it is usually done with companies that never become profitable. However, in cases where the company has become profitable the R/S has been very successful to the share price continuing to go up.

The million dollar question: Will Siyata ever be profitable? If so the SP will go up regardless of shares O/S. And vice versa.

I initiated a buy program 5/9/19 with a minimum 2 year hold period. So mid 2021 is when I assess the future prospects of this company. (Unless something totally obvious happens before then.)
