Throwing this out there...
If you were a lender concerned about the price, demand, & future market of scandium wouldn't you find it a plus for this project if the current trend & price of niobium were to be shored up by huge infrastructure projects both in the U.S. & Globally?

Large projects could definitely create added $$'s while the scandium market develops.

Will Niocorp be able to ink the deal once enough of these projects get the $
