Here's a copy of the "complaint" that the firm named "Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC" is "investigating". I'm not sure but they may have recently renamed their firm that was originally named: Dewie, Cheatum & Howe.

Don't bother going to their website from the news articles. Just read it for yourself here. If you feel that you were "injured" and need somebody to kiss your "boo-boo", they'll certainly take 99.99% of any litigation proceeds and give you your "justly extracted" 0.01%.

Totally reads like one of those lawsuits brought about because someone didn't know that hot coffee in a cup....might be hot coffee.

The other news article saying that "Block & Leviton LLP" wants to hear from you "If you purchased or acquired shares of CytoDyn and have questions about your legal rights or possess information relevant to this matter"....

Seems that they have a "pay as you go plan" like those cheapie cell phones - when you hit your limit it cuts you off until you pay your bill again.

You'll get this error message:

Bandwidth Limit Exceeded

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later.

Apache Server at www.blockesq.com Port 80

So, just remember that every time you "surf" their website for information, you're using up their precious bandwidth that might get exceeded again and the poor people will be getting more of the above error message.... So keep checking back on them to see if they're back online so you can "get the information" you need.
